The Arts of Bruce Lee's Progression
Take a small glimpse into some of the vast arts that F.O.R.C.E. Academy teaches. We Teach a combination of mixed martial arts from all over the world. These various arts are blended into the style of Wu-Wei. Wu-Wei was the original progression of Jeet Kune Do taught by Bruce Lee. We always strive to be on the cutting edge of hand- to- hand and weapons combat. You must never remain stagnate, because things are for ever changing. As my instructor Sifu Paul Marrero always says, "only dead fish follow the flow". We recommend that you investigate all arts, everyone of them have something to offer. There's not an art that is better or worse then the other, they are just different. You will find that certain things will work for you and not for others, that is the truth in combat. That is the ultimate goal, To Find the Truth, whether it's in martial arts or life. "It's all Wu-Wei to us."
